Method:
Step 1
In a blender, add Ice Cubes, Soda Water, Mint Leaves, and Sugar Syrup. Blend until the Mint Leaves are well mixed and frothy.
Step 2
Pour 200 ml of Savoy Double Sundae Mango Ice Cream into a serving glass.
Step 3
Pour the prepared Soda and mint mixture lightly over the ice cream, and wait until it sets.
Step 4
Garnish with Strawberry Wafers and fresh Mint Leaves to serve beautifully.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy the Mango flavor.
